We get it. It sounds like a movie. How could a company, under John Harris, deceive thousands of people from one particular community and all sorts of walks of life? Yes. All walks of life. Since we know people are put into one specific category let us be the ones who clear out that people from the Hispanic community come from all walks of life. Some are college educated. Doctors and lawyers back home. Yes others are fleeing hostile situations. Some do enter this country legally and are working to get their paperwork together because they care about the law. Many are grateful to be in this country and show their gratitude through their talents and hard work. There are teachers, homemakers, harpists, chefs, carpenters, builders, engineers, writers. From all classes. Some people who are considered Hispanic are actually born US Citizens (we see you, Puertorricans). And yes, there are crooks as well. Like those who are willingly participating in the collective lies of selling lands that flood and telling people otherwise and close their eyes to the hell they will be put through. Those who are okay with their fellow brethren living in fear of stray bullets, among stray animals, among trash, since they fail to mention there will be no trash pickup in their new land, and so much more fine print. Those who are more than okay with producing deceiving marketing pitches that sell fake dreams of a family-friendly environment among new schools. Failing to tell their prospects that their high school kids will have to be out at 5 am in order to make it because of the exorbitant traffic of this unplanned colony. Those who say yes to an American like John Harris for a \"quick buck.\" Those who are willing to participate in crimes against humanity with no remorse.

Last week we told you there has been an\u00a0alarming rate of foreclosures from Terrenos Houston\/Colony Ridge.<\/a>This is what we're highlighting today.<\/div>\n

We've had many reports of people telling us being they were called by this company and told they owe money and that if they didn't pay a large lump sum, their land was going into foreclosure. In some cases, people have evidence and the company draws back. In the unfortunate case that you let them know you didn't keep your proof, they go after you and your land.<\/div>\n

As have explained previously, when people buy land from Terrenos Houston financed by their own Colony Ridge, they are persuaded into paying with a money order and leaving their payments in a dropbox outside of the Colony Ridge office instead of paying anyone inside. When they proceed to pay this way, they do not receive an instant receipt of their transaction. Some people keep the money order stub. Some do not. There will be no bank statement saying you paid Colony Ridge. Even if their bank shows you bought a money order, you have no proof to show that you took it to their office. It's the closest thing to saying, \"Hey. Pay me in cash.\" Keeping in mind that when you buy land from them, the last thing that's going through your mind is that they will purposely steal from you, because your experience with them so far has been the complete opposite.

You're greeted gracefully. You are offered coffee and snacks in the lobby. Your salesman is friendly. You drive out to see the land outside of traffic hours. You smell the fresh country air once you're finally there. They have plenty of staff processing your paperwork. There are very few red flags... until after you move and you're practically buried in red flags. Which, in many cases, is a year later since they are in the practice of pre-selling land that's \"not ready\" for move-in until then.

According to Wayne Dolcefino, this\u00a0company buys 100% of the lands they foreclose on.<\/a>He even caught them faking an auction. One of our informants came across a video this week that Terrenos Houston created themselves to teach people how to pay at Colony Ridge\u2019s office with a money order and deposit in their dropbox. Is this a way to keep making profit over and over from the same land? Could we call this the perfect formula to steal?<\/div>\n
